Neil McNivens’ diverse business and sales background and experience have been a huge benefit to all his real estate clients and customers for approximately 20 years now.  Neil began his work life in the fields of Banking and Finance through the early 70’s and moved through sales management and consulting until he went into business for himself.  Neil, along with a partner, owned and operated a chain of furniture stores in the Okanagan until the late 80’s when both he and his partner decided that Vancouver Island was their choice of locales to set down real family roots.

 Neil began selling real estate in Nanaimo in the early 90’s and over the years has owned and operated his own real estate companies and a Mortgage company.  Neil was the original owner of Realty Executives, Mid Island in Nanaimo however decided to sell it a few years back in order to devote his time to what he loved most and that was looking after his customers and clients with their real estate needs.  Neil has held virtually all levels of real estate licensing including, sales, property management, mortgage broker and Agent 9:15 supervisory.  He still serves as the back up agent for Realty Executives, Mid Island.  Neil has been extremely successful over the years and is consistently awarded every top achievement award that Realty Executives has to offer, including the distinguished Chairman’s Award.  In 2007 Neil was also awarded the “Best in the City” award won via a direct write in vote of readers of a local newspaper.
